1:1 Yoga sessions

suitable for all including children and teens

All sessions are Trauma Sensitive

Maybe you'd prefer not to join a group class or would like a practice tailored

specifically for you and your individual needs.

1:1 classes are especially valuable if you are a complete beginner wishing to learn

the fundamentals of yoga before joining a larger group class, or if you have specific

areas you’d like to work on with the additional support and guidance that can be

provided in a one to one environment. The focus can be on a more therapeutic use

of yoga to help with specific physical, mental and emotional requirements.


You can join me online from the comfort of your own home which can help you to

feel safe and at ease. You will be able to connect with me prior to the session and

discuss any specific needs that you may have. 

Sessions are usually 60 minutes (although can be 75 or 90 minutes) and will

be individually tailored for you after we have had an initial chat. Sessions can

include movement (can be practiced from a chair), breath awareness practices,

relaxation techniques, mindfulness and meditation as well as discussion and

self regulation techniques.

When booking you will be asked to fill out a health form.


All abilities are catered for and every body is welcome.

You are encouraged to move as you need to for your own body,

with options given for variations and modifications to make the pose work for you

and your body on that day.

If you do have your own Yoga mat then it's fine to use that, if not the floor is fine.

It can also be useful to have a cushion to hand and a blanket to either use as a prop

or to cover yourself during Savasana.

     Wear loose comfortable clothing and try not to eat anything too heavy

before a class.
